System Texts in Multiple Languages

Post by gsavary »

Two-three years ago, we have been able to use the translation feature of "Multiple Languages - System Texts" to get English , French , German, Italian texts.

Now we do not manage to use this feature again...

We absolutely needs the system texts in : ES, CS, DA, ET, HR, HU, NL, PL, PT, RU, SK, FI, SV, TR, ZH, JA.

Is it possible that Beijer provides these texts ?

Hello gsavary,
In iX Developer, is Functions > Multiple Languages what you're looking for? You can Add languages from that screen and assign a tag for changing the language. After adding languages, when you go to System Texts it will show all of the languages you have available.

Hope this helps!

Hello prichlin,

We know quite well how to add languages in Multiple Languages, we have already done it for several languages. At that time it was easy to get translation for system texts (Multiple Languages/System Texts/Translate...) .

Now, I have try to use it again with Microsoft translator option for new added languages. But the Microsoft Azur key I created on Microsoft site does not work. (Connection against translation service failed)

As it is Beijer system text (not our application texts) I suppose that Beijer have a file with all their translated text...
We would like to get these translated system texts.

Hi gsavary,

Sorry your Microsoft Translate API key doesn't work any longer.
Have you tried with a Google API key instead?

I was able to use this guide (Omitting the restrictions section) to setup a google translate API key and use that key to translate the System texts using the Google API option.
Best regards,
