Upload communication error from T4A

Hi. I had a project get corrupted on my PC, so I thought I would be clever and recover it from the panel. The panel IP address shows correctly in the upload screen, but when I select upload it gives communication server error. Any ideas? Thanks.

By default iX 2.0 does not upload source to the panel. Did you select the following check box when you transferred your project to the panel? It sounds like your panel does not have the project source code on it.
