However, My HMI still can not connect to my PLC with COM1(RS232 to RS485).
Please help me where I need change so I can fix it.

One piece of this puzzle is missing. What is the pin out for your PLC and is a null modem or straight serial cable being used?
Also, the mention of the RS232 to RS485 is odd COM1 on the T7A can only be 232.
Often when we encounter cases such as this it is due to a cabling/configuration issue.
The use of Telegram on the RTS control could also be an issue and forcing a login is not supported i would look into these settings.
