Show/Hide Info at runtime

I ask you if it is possible to obtain a similar feature of Show/Hide Info available in design mode (see attachment) also in runtime mode when the HMI is running.

We understand that this is a very old post. You could do this with a visibility bit and text, but there is no built in feature.
