Thank You for the help Mark.
Tried another option. Asked our IT experts to connect the printer HP P2055dn to our network (IP address: 130.21.1.134). The T7A panel was already connected to the network with IP address 130.21.1.133. Tested the printer from the computer, worked fine. Changed the HMI program, put the IP address to the Name/Path field. Read manual and did not find anything about user names and passwords. Left blank User Name and Password fields.
Activated the remote stop. After some seconds received an alarm email, but nothing happened to the printer.
Now questions, is it allowed to use two alarm distributions (email and print) at the same time? How can I check, if any signals being send to the printer during an alarm event?
regards, Waldemar

Hi Waldemar,

You need the address and the path to the printer. I figured the docs with the printer would talk about it. Anyways, here is a link to a Microsoft article on how to find the network path of a printer. Normally the path looks something like "\\server-name\printer-name". Windows XP uses the same path, except it normally finds it automatically and in the case of our panels you need to enter it yourself.

Some printers will have a light that indicates that it is receiving data. Often times it will blink while the panel is sending data to the printer even though the printer may not actually print any alarm messages. That might happen if the printer doesn't implement the proper PLC language.

Yes, you can send the same alarm to both a printer and an email account. That is one way to check to see if you are sending an alarm out through that particular route. There is no way to verify that a print command is being sent out of the Panel.
