Easy system software update mode

Hello to all.

By mistake, I went in "Update mode" after a T4A reboot (its very easy, as you know, just leaving a finger touching during a power up). After that I had to restore the system software as described on the documentation. But that made me wonder: "And if it was an operator to take that action on purpose or by mistake". Can I protect the HMI from enter in this mode so easily?

Currently there is no way. We can actually detect if there is a touch screen controller failure because touch screen controllers get stuck. If the screen keeps booting into this menu, most likely your HMI must be replaced. I think of it as a fail fast solution.
