Intermittent Power On - iX Panel T7A

"When no project is loaded in the panel memory, the panel will boot, displaying the Welcome screen."

I have just hourglass symbol 25 second and the system shutdown et hourglass again i have not Welcome screen !!!???

You Can help me ?

From IX

1) Plug in a usb thumb drive
2) Project -> Export Project
3) Choose the USB Thumb Drive Letter
4) Ok

Remove the USB Thumb drive and insert it into your T7A panel. If the project will not reload, then contact us for an RMA
