This might be best done using separate non-volatile tags that are updated when a bit goes to 1 (or constantly updated) the load the values from those tags at boot up.

You can use custom SQL commands to query the DataLogger table for its row count

There isn't a way to access screen objects such as analog numerics from other scripts. You could access other public methods such as the Tags/Script modules from within the screen.
