Upon power up the screen shows "Reboot and select proper boot device and press a key in selected..." with hour glass. This panel has been dormant for about a year until we try to commission it recently. Any clue?

Hello, I need to transfer application intended for T15B to T7A panel. What's the proper way of doing the transfer? Do we need to readjust every screen? Thanks for suggestions.
